If your order is over the provided shipping time frame, please kindly check the tracking you have received us us to see if there is any delay. Also, please check with your neighbours, in any designated safe space or to see if the order has been taken to a pick up point. All returns need to be reported to us within 28 days of receiving your orders. Please get in touch at customercare@lullababydolls.co.uk with your full name and order number.
